Fortune and Glory is a promotional box topper for the set of the same name, Fortune & Glory, the second set licensed from SNK.

Fortune and Glory has the potential to change the way matches are played, as it can change either player's handsize to match the other's. For low-handsize characters such as Mr. Karate or, even more significantly, Hugo, this card can either provide a vast improvement in card availability, or cripple the opponent's draw power. This follows the trend from the latter half of the Block 2 of returning the power to characters of lower handsizes.
Fortune and Glory's second ability can be useful as well, however it is too situational to be maindecked in any current meta, and there are better options for sidedecks, so 7 and 8 handsize characters are unlikely to ever play this card.
